Oscietra Caviar (GUE)

The eggs are larger (2.5 mm diameter) than the roe from the Siberian sturgeon and the taste is mild with creamy flavours. Contrary to most caviar sellers we are using the real Oscietra roe from the Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii which is higher in quality and of course more precious. The colour varies from dark grey to golden ocher.

Russian Style Oscietra Caviar (GUExBAE)

The combination of these two sturgeons (Acipenser Baerii & Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii) results in a roe which is larger and smoother in taste than the Siberian Caviar. The colour from light grey to brown and the nutty taste is typical for this sturgeon roe. The Russian Style Oscietra is a kind of all rounder for caviar beginners and experienced.
