Imperial Caviar Select (SCH)

This type of sturgeon roe comes from the Acipenser Schrenckii fish which can be found in the Amur River (China/Russia). The eggs are middle in size and the taste is similar to freshwater Beluga Caviar without the creamy touch of the real Beluga. The Imperial Caviar Select is mild in taste with a 2.5 – 3 mm diameter, firm eggs and golden to dark brown in colour.
